WHAT ARE WHALE FOSSILS DOING ON MOUNTAINS?

High on the Andes mountains you can find whale fossils as well as other marine life. In 1987 it was reported in the New York times by scientists that the uplift period of the Andes mountains was actually quick. We of course know this. Due to Noah's flood, the Earth went through a violent catastrophic change that formed the mountains we have today. Everything that had died on the ocean floor was lifted along with what became mountains. This is also evidenced by folded strata on mountain peaks which indicate they were wet when formed.
